What Do You Need ?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Tax.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Payroll or Compensation & Benefits.

  • Experience in tax calculations (PPh 21 TER) is essential.

  • Familiar with Government Regulation on Compensation & Benefit e.g regulation and implementation of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan, Tax Article 21 (PPH 21), and also employee e-SPT.

  • Detail-oriented, Communicative, Analytical Thinking.

  • Excellent in using Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel).

What Will You Do :

  • Preparing and reconciling monthly payroll reports (salary, allowances, BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, PPh21, Health Insurance).

  • Processing Payroll & PPh21 in HRIS.

  • Creating reports (Payroll, Headcount, Turnover).

  • Maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS.

  • Addressing all employee questions about compensation & benefits.

  • Communicating with third-party benefit providers.

  • Report PPh21 to CoreTax.
